The first Standard Poodle couple came to Iceland in 1992, since then there have been imported 9 other dogs.
Over the last 16 years there have been born 39 puppies in seven litters, 27 males and 12 females.
October 1997 INTCH ISCH Hallifax Roffe became best in show in the fall show at the Icelandic Kennel Club, he is the first Standard Poodle to achieve this but hopefully not the last.
